Schedult Subscription Policy
Making sure everything works smoothly.
All trials are active once you sign up through Schedult.com, you will gain access to a Schedult subscription to your selected product. You will receive a 7 day free trial depending on the product you have chosen. On signing up for our trial, you confirm to be billed at the end of your trial period.
All trials roll on to an active Schedult subscriptions after 7 days, you are charged automatically after the 7 day free period.
- For Schedult Monthly Content, you are billed 7 days after your first trial content is delivered.
- For Schedult Ads this is 7 days after your first trial content is delivered.
We do not offer refunds on already processed payments – this policy is the same for all customers – and you are responsible for all charges in your subscription )even if you cancel payments immediately after your credit card is charged or even if you have decided on a subscription but don’t use our product actively).
If full charges cannot be paid it means resignation from our services.
If you are on a monthly plan you will be charged monthly based on your original signup date. If you are on yearly plan your plan will be charged upfront in full and again on a yearly cycle.
Canceling the license
You can request for your subscription to be cancelled at anytime through our Support agents on live chat on Schedult.com, our support agents will then help you through the cancellation process.
Schedult does not have email support, and requests through email (s) or our social media channels are not valid. After canceling, by default your subscription is active until your final scheduled content.
Cancelations take effect from your next billing cycle. Previous payments are not refundable.
Reach out to our support agent on live chat on schedult.com for unexpected charges. Make sure a business partner, family or friends have not signed up on your behalf. Any active subscriptions are active until cancelled and past payments cannot be refunded even if you were not actively using the service.
